Section 11.3 RECORDING OF LEASE. This Lease shall not be recorded without the prior written consent of Landlord, but a short form memorandum hereof may be recorded at the expense of the requesting party setting forth the parties to the Lease, the description of the Premises, the Commencement Date and termination date of the Lease and such other information as may be necessary for the recording of a short form lease. Neither party shall set forth in such short form lease the amount of rental to be paid by Tenant to Landlord. At such time as this Lease terminates or expires for any reason, Tenant agrees to execute such instruments as necessary to release any short form lease of record. If Tenant refuses to do so after request from Landlord, Tenant hereby appoints Landlord as Tenant’s attorney-in-fact for such purpose, such power being irrevocable and coupled with an interest.
Short Form Lease. Tenant shall, if so requested by Landlord at any time, execute a short form Lease in recordable form setting forth the name of the parties, the Term of the Lease, and the description of the Premises. This Lease or any memorandum hereof shall not be recorded in the public records without Landlord's prior written consent.
Section 13.8Recording of Lease, Memorandum ofLease or Short Form Lease. This Lease (or an amendment to the memorandum or short form lease relating to this Lease) and every assignment and modification hereof and thereof shall be recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, or in such other office as may be at the time provided by law as the proper place for such recordation.
Section10.7 Recording of Short Form Lease. The parties agree that neither of them shall cause this instrument to be placed of record. For notification purposes, a short form sublease shall be executed by the parties for the purpose of providing record notice of this Sublease.
Section25.4Short Form Lease. This Lease shall not be recorded, but the parties agree, at the request of either of them, to execute a Short Form Lease for recording, containing the names of the parties, the legal description and the term of the Lease.
16.8 Short Form Lease. This Lease shall not be recorded, but Tenant agrees, at the request of Landlord, to execute a short form lease for recording, containing the names of the parties, a description of the Premises and the Lease Term.
18.3 Short Form Lease. Should holder of a First Mortgage or any prospective mortgagee require execution of a short form of lease for recording (containing the names of the parties, a description of the Premises, and the term of this Lease) or a certification from Tenant concerning this Lease in such form as may be required by said holder of a First Mortgage or said prospective mortgagee, Tenant agrees to execute promptly such short form of lease or certificate and deliver the same to Landlord within ten (10)days following the request therefore.
Section 39 - Recording. Tenant agrees not to record the within Lease, but each party hereto agrees, on the request of the other, to execute a so-called memorandum of lease or short form lease. In no event shall such document set forth the rent or other charges payable by Tenant under this Lease; and any such document shall expressly state that it is executed pursuant to the provisions contained in this Lease and is not intended to vary the terms and conditions of this Lease.
32. SHORT FORM LEASE. Tenant acknowledges that, in light of the particular nature of the tenancy created hereunder, Landlord has agreed to utilize this Short Form Lease rather than Landlords standard form of multi-tenant lease.
