Return of Company Property.Employee agrees, prior to the receipt of the payment provided under paragraph 1, to return to Hub all property, including computer hardware and software, documents, and electronically stored data belonging or relating to Hub.
2. Return of Company Property. As a further condition to receiving benefits under the Plan, you are required to cooperate with the Companys usual and customary separation/termination process, including, to the extent required by the Company, surrender and delivery of all Company property, including without limitation, identification cards, vehicles, company credit cards and computer equipment.
8.Return of Company Property. By September 5, 2019, you agree to return to the Company all Company documents (and all copies thereof) and other Company property that you have had in your possession at any time, including, but not limited to, Company files, notes, drawings, records, business plans andforecasts, financial information, specifications, computer-recorded information, tangible property (including, but not limited to, computers),creditcards,entry cards, identification badges and keys; and, any materials of any kind that contain or embody any proprietary or confidential information of the Company (and all reproductions thereof). Please coordinate return of Company property with Human Resources. Receipt of the severance benefits described in Section 3 of this Agreement is expressly conditioned upon return of all Company Property.
7.4 Return of Company Property. Upon termination of the Agreement or upon Companys request at any other time, Contractor will deliver to Company all of Companys property, equipment, and documents, together with all copies thereof, and any other material containing or disclosing any Work Product, Third Party Information or Confidential Information of Company and certify to Company in writing that Contractor has fully complied with this obligation Contractor further agrees that any property situated on Companys premises and owned by Company is subject to inspection by Company personnel at any time with or without notice.
3. Return of Company Property. Executive confirms that he has returned to the Company all keys, files, records (and copies thereof), equipment (including, but not limited to, computer hardware, software and printers, wireless handheld devices, cellular phones, tablets, etc.), Company identification and any other Company-owned property in his possession or control and that he has left intact all electronic Company documents, including but not limited to those that he developed or helped to develop during his employment. Executive further confirms that he has cancelled all accounts for his benefit, if any, in the Companys name, including but not limited to, credit cards, telephone charge cards, cellular phone and/or wireless data accounts and computer accounts.
3.Return of Company Property.Employee acknowledges that documents created during Employee’s affiliation with the Company are Company property, and that all such documents created or obtained by, or furnished to, Employee during the course of or in connection with Employee’s employment with the Company are the Company’s exclusive property.Accordingly, Employee agrees that Employee will leave with the Company (or return to the Company) all originals and copies (whether paper or electronic) of such material in Employee’s possession by the close of business on the Separation Date, as well as any access keys, security codes, laptop, Company credit card(s), telephone card(s), and other Company property in Employee’s possession.Employee promises that Employee has not and will not retain, distribute, or cause to be distributed, any original or duplicates of any Company property.Employee further agrees that all personal charges to any corporate credit cards are the responsibility of Employee and will be paid by Employee to the credit card company in a timely manner.
7. Return of Company Property. You represent that, except as required to perform Your job duties or as authorized in writing by Your manager or supervisor, You have not (a)removed Confidential Information from Avery Dennisons premises or systems in any manner, or (b)destroyed, deleted, modified, altered, removed, taken, or retained any Company property, including but not limited to equipment, devices, storage media, information (including Confidential Information), and data, whether in hard copy or electronic form, including any copies or duplicates, and You warrant and agree that You will not do any of the foregoing. You further represent that You used Confidential Information only as necessary to perform Your job and complied with any rulesand procedures for protecting and maintaining Confidential Information, including any additional obligations that Avery Dennison undertook in receiving materials from any third parties.
9.Return of Company Property.Following the Separation Date, you represent that you returned to the Company all Company documents (and all copies thereof) and other Company property that, to your good faith belief and personal knowledge formed after making a diligent search, you have had in your possession at any time, including, but not limited to, Company files, notes, drawings, records, business plans and forecasts, financial information, specifications, computer-recorded information, tangible property (including, but not limited to, computers), credit cards, entry cards, identification badges and keys; and, any materials of any kind that contain or embody any proprietary or confidential information of the Company (and all reproductions thereof).You have coordinated the return of Company property from your laptop computer with Charles A. Deignan, Chief Financial Officer, to his confirmed satisfaction, based upon his review and your representation that you have returned Company property in your possession.If you timely execute and do not revoke this Agreement, because the Company finds that any Company files and data stored on the computer are restored to Company possession, the Company is allowing you to keep permanent possession of your laptop computer.
(i)Return of Company Property. Upon termination of this Agreement or earlier as requested by the Company, you shall deliver to the Company any and all equipment, and, at the election of the Company, either deliver or destroy, and certify thereto, any and all drawings, notes, memoranda, specifications, devices, formulas and documents, together with all copies, extracts and summaries thereof, and any other material containing or disclosing any Third Party Information or Proprietary Information (as defined in the Inventions Agreement) of the Company.
4. Return of Company Property. Other than Employee’s laptop computer and mobile phone and phone/number, which the Company agrees Employee may keep subject to full compliance with security measures as determined by the Company, Employee agrees to return any and all Company property, including any and all devices, files, documents, notes, disks or other materials of any kind, to the Company.
3.3 Return of Company Property. All materials furnished to Director by the Company, whether delivered to Director by the Company or made by Director in the performance of Director Services under this Agreement (the “Company Property”), are the sole and exclusive property of the Company. Director agrees to promptly deliver the original and any copies of the Company Property to the Company at any time upon the Company's request. Upon termination of this Agreement by either party for any reason, Director agrees to promptly deliver to the Company or destroy, at the Company's option, the original and any copies of the Company Property. Director agrees to certify in writing that Director has so returned or destroyed all such Company Property.
8. RETURN OF COMPANY PROPERTY.By the Separation Date, you agree to return to the Company all Company documents (and all copies thereof) and other Company property within your possession, custody or control, including, but not limited to, Company files, notes, drawings, records, business plans and forecasts, financial information, specifications, computer-recorded information, tangible property (including, but not limited to), credit cards, entry cards, identification badges, and keys; and, any materials of any kind that contain or embody any proprietary or confidential information of the Company (and all reproductions thereof); provided, however, that you are permitted to retain any Company property that is necessary for the performance of your services under the Consulting Agreement (including your Company laptop, which you may retain during the Consulting Period, but will be required to return to the Company upon the termination of the Consulting Period).
