8. Neutral Reference. Calyxt agrees that should it be contacted by any third party regarding a reference for Smith, it will provide a neutral reference consisting of confirmation of employment and dates of employment. Calyxt agrees to further inform any such third party that this neutral reference is being provided pursuant to Calyxt policy.
6.Non-Disparagement/Neutral Reference. You agree that you will not engage in any activity or make any statement that may disparage or reflect negatively on RAIT, including those entities and individuals related to RAIT as defined in the Release above.In response to requests for information regarding you from any prospective employer, RAIT will, consistent with company policy, provide dates of employment and position(s) held.You agree to direct all such requests for references to RAIT’s Director of Human Resources.
5. Neutral Reference. The Company will provide Executive with no less than a neutral reference to any entity other than the Released Persons. A neutral reference shall mean that prospective employers will be advised only as to the dates of Executives employment and Executives most recent job title. Last salary may be provided if Executive provides a written release for same.
14.Neutral Reference.If any potential employers contact the Company to inquire about Abney, the Company will provide only dates of employment and Abney’s last job title with the Company.
Non-Disparagement; Neutral Reference.Mr. Dreyer agrees during the term of this Agreement and for a period of ten (10) years thereafter, he shall not, in any communication with any person or entity, including any actual or potential customer, client, investor, vendor, or business partner of the Company, or any third party media outlet, make any derogatory or disparaging or critical negative statements – orally, written or otherwise – against the Company, or any of its directors, officers, agents, employees, contractors, or affiliated persons or entities.Mr. Dreyer also agrees that unless compelled by valid legal process he will not give or offer to provide any statements, testimony or the like in connection with any claim, action, or demand (being contemplated or) brought against the Company which concerns the Company, his employment or the cessation of his employment with the Company, the Company’s business practices, its customers and/or prospective customers, its products, and/or any other aspect of the Company’s business, its directors, officers, agents, employees, contractors, or affiliated persons or entities.Further, Mr. Dreyer agrees that if he agrees that should he be called as a witness or to provide testimony in any case, action, and/or proceeding concerning the Company, he and/or his counsel will contact either the Chief Executive Officer or the Secretary of the Company immediately, but in no event later than ten (10) days before he is to be deposed or to testify as a witness, so that the Company can take whatever precautionary measures it deems necessary to protect from disclosure any of its proprietary and/or confidential information and/or documents.
17.Neutral Reference. Employee agrees to direct all requests for references to Todd Gipple, QCRH President, via mail (3551 7th Street, Moline, Illinois 61265) and/or email (TGipple@qcrh.com). In response to a request for a reference, Employer shall provide only Employee’s dates of employment and job title.
