11.Legend on Stock Certificates. Certificates evidencing the Option Shares, to the extent appropriate at the time, shall have noted conspicuously on the certificates a legend intended to give all persons full notice of the existence of the conditions, restrictions, rights and obligations set forth in this Award and in the Plan.

13.Legend on Stock Certificates.Certificates evidencing the shares of Stock issued upon exercise of an Option, to the extent appropriate at the time, shall have noted conspicuously on the certificates a legend intended to give all persons full notice of the existence of the conditions, restrictions, rights and obligations set forth herein and in the Plan.

Section4.4 Legend on Stock Certificates. Holder agrees that all certificates representing the Option Shares will be subject to such stock transfer orders and other restrictions (if any) as the Issuer may deem advisable under the rules, regulations and other requirements of the SEC, any stock exchange or other trading market upon which the Issuer’s securities are then listed or quoted and any applicable federal or state securities laws or other applicable laws, and the Issuer may cause a legend or legends to be put on such certificates to make appropriate reference to such restrictions.

(b) Restrictions on Transfer and Legend on Stock Certificates. During the Restriction Period, the grantee may not sell, assign, transfer, pledge or otherwise dispose of the shares of Common Stock. Each certificate for shares of Common Stock issued hereunder shall contain a legend giving appropriate notice of the restrictions in the grant.

(b) Restrictions on Transfer and Legend on Stock Certificates. During the Restricted Period, the grantee may not sell, assign, transfer, pledge or otherwise dispose of the Restricted Stock Grant, including but not limited to any shares of Common Stock. Any certificate for shares of Common Stock issued hereunder shall contain a legend giving appropriate notice of the restrictions in the grant.

(b) Restrictions on Transfer and Legend on Stock Certificates.During the Restricted Period, the Participant may not sell, assign, transfer, pledge or otherwise dispose of the Restricted Stock Award or Restricted Stock Unit Award, including but not limited to any Shares.
