Further assurance clause samples

6.11 Further Assurance. From time to time, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Lender such additional documents and shall provide such additional information to the Lender as they may reasonably require to carry out the terms of this Agreement and the Notes and any agreements executed in connection herewith or therewith, or to be informed of the financial and business conditions and prospects of the Company.

Section5.5. Further Assurance. Each of the Parties shall, at their own expense from time to time on request, do or procure the doing, of all acts and/or the execution of all documents in a form satisfactory to the other Party which the other Party may reasonably consider necessary for the giving full effect to this Agreement.

Section7. Further Assurance. Each of the undersigned hereby agrees to execute and deliver all such other and additional instruments and documents and do all such other acts and things as may be necessary or appropriate to effect this Amendment.

6.12 Further Assurance. The Insured Entities hereby agree to take such further action and to execute such other and further documents as may be reasonably necessary to carry out the purposes of this Agreement.
