1. Extension of Term. The initial Term of the Lease is hereby extended to October31, 2014.

1.Extension of Term. Section 8.1 of the Agreement is hereby amended such that the term of the Agreement is hereby extended through September 30, 2019 (the “Extended Term”).
Extension of Term.With effect from October 1, 2019, and subject to the provisions of Section 14 of the Agreement, the term of the Agreement shall be extended to and including September 30, 2022 (the “Term”). If the parties continue to perform under the Agreement after the expiration of the foregoing Term, the Agreement will then automatically renew for successive fixed terms of twelve (12) months each unless terminated by written notice at least sixty (60) days prior to each consecutive anniversary date hereof.
2. Extension of Term. The Term of the Lease for the Existing Premises is hereby extended for a period of twenty-two (22) months commencing on March 1, 2018 and expiring on December 31, 2019 (the Expiration Date), unless sooner terminated pursuant to the terms of the Lease.
Automatic Extension of Term. The Xerox Credit Notes, the Money Tree Debentures and the 1st Franklin Debentures each provide for the automatic extension of the term of these securities at the end of their specified terms, unless the holder demands repayment within the required time period. Because the Iron Bridge Demand Notes do not have a specified term or fixed maturity date, there is no automatic extension provision.
2.Extension of Term.Paragraph 2 of the Lease is hereby amended to provide for an extended term (the “Fourth Extended Term”) commencing March 1, 2018 and continuing through February 28, 2019 (hereinafter the “Expiration Date”).
1. Extension of Term.The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of five (5) years from June 1, 2020 through May 31, 2025 (the “Extension Term”), which shall hereinafter be the Expiration Date of the Term.

4.Extension of Term. The Lease term as stated in Section 2 of the First Amendment is hereby extended to March 31, 2018 (the “Extended Term”), unless the Lease is sooner terminated as provided for in the Lease.
2.Extension of Term.Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Lease, the Lease Term is extended from its current expiration date of October 31, 2020, so that the same shall expire on October 31, 2022 unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease as modified by this Amendment. As of the Effective Date, all references to the Term in the Lease shall mean the Term as extended by this Amendment.Tenant shall have no further right to extend the Term of the Lease except only as set forth in Paragraph 6 below.
1.Extension of Term. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree that the Term of the Lease is extended for four (4)years and shall expire on August31, 2027. Tenant shall continue to have the option to further extend the Term of the Lease pursuant to Article 34B of the Lease.
2.Extension of Term.The Term is hereby extended for the Extension Term on all of the terms and conditions of the Lease except as expressly set forth in this First Amendment.Tenant hereby accepts the Premises in their as is, where is condition, with all faults on the date hereof.

The term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period commencing on January 1, 2021 (the “Extension Term Commencement Date”) and ending on December 31, 2028 (the “Extension Term”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. The Extension Term shall be on the same terms and conditions contained in the Lease except as expressly set forth herein.
