termination date) for the year in which you were terminated (collectively, the “Other Accrued Compensation and Benefits”).You will also receive pay in lieu of notice for a period equal to one month per year of service with the Company (prorated for partial years), up to a maximum of twenty-four (24) months (the “Severance Period”) of your then current base salary, target Bonus and car allowance. You will not receive any additional equity grants during the Severance Period. In addition to such payment, you will continue to be provided with benefits or, at the Company’s option, pay in lieu of benefits for the duration of the Severance Period.The payments provided for in this provision shall be paid in a lump sum within sixty (60) days following your termination date.
(b)Car Allowance. Executive shall be provided a Car Allowance at the annual rate of Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($18,000.00, payable in monthly installments. The Car Allowance shall be used at Executive's discretion toward the purchase/lease of an electric vehicle of Executive's choice. Executive understands that the Car Allowance will be treated as taxable income and will be paid regardless of the amount of Executive's monthly car payments.
(h) Car Allowance. The Company shall provide Executive with a company car corresponding to a value of one thousand five hundred U.S. dollars ($1,500) per month, in accordance with the Companys Car Policy and applicable policies and procedures regarding expense reimbursement.
4.3Car Allowance.Subject to Executive’s signing of an Acknowledgement of the Company’s Car Allowance Policy (or such signature already being on file), Executive shall receive a car allowance of $600.00 per month in accordance with GPM’s car allowance policy, subject to all withholdings and deductions as required by law.Except to the extent reimbursed as part of business travel expenses, gas must be purchased at a GPM operated or supplied store using a GPM-provided fleet card or, to the extent GPM’s fleet card cannot be used at such store, a receipt must be submitted on a monthly expense report.
(e) Automobile. The Company shall provide the Executive with a company car or, if consistent with local policies where the Executive is based, a car allowance. If a company car is provided, the Executive and his immediate family may also use the company car for personal purposes and the Company shall bear all petrol, maintenance and repair costs, as well as insurance costs and vehicle tax related to the Company car. If a car allowance is provided, the Company shall also bear all petrol, maintenance and repair costs, but no other costs for the automobile in addition to the allowance. Whether a company car or a car allowance is provided, the Executive shall be liable for the payment of tax on the car allowance or on the taxable benefit resulting from the right to use the company car for personal purposes.
The Company shall provide the Executive with a company car or, if consistent with local policies where the Executive is based, a car allowance.The Company will also reimburse the cost of a Health & Gym Club Membership until end of 2019. The Company shall bear any tax and employee’s contributions to social security possibly payable due to these benefits.

Accommodation costs as agreed between the Executive and the Company, plus costs for utilities such as heating and electricity, shall be paid by the Company until end of year 2019.
7.1 You will be eligible to receive a car allowance. The car allowance will cover any expenses incurred when traveling for business, inclusive of mileage and other operation expenses when utilising your personal automobile. An allowance in the amount of £450per month will be paid pro rata on a monthly basis, in arrears.
(d) Car Allowance. You shall continue to receive a car allowance of CAD $14,000, gross per annum, less lawful withholdings and deductions. 4. Benefits. Your benefits are listed below. You understand and agree, however, that the Company reserves the right to amend, modify or terminate any benefit plan or program listed below at any time.
f.Car Allowance.The Corporation shall provide the Executive with an annual car allowance (the “Car Allowance”), which shall be applied to the purchase or lease of a vehicle. The Car Allowance shall equal 4% of the Executive’s Base Salary, less applicable withholding and other deductions, and shall be divided into equal payments and paid on the same basis as the Corporation’s payroll. The Executive shall be responsible for the maintenance and operation of the vehicle and the costs associated with the same, including, without limitation, insurance.
