3.AT WILL STATUS: Your employment with TheStreet is “at will.” This means that either you or TheStreet may terminate your employment at any time, with or without notice, and with or without cause. Your status as an “at will” employee cannot be changed or retracted, either orally or in writing, by any policy or conduct, unless you receive a document expressly stating that your employment is no longer at-will, which is signed both by you and the Company’s Chairman of the Board.
Please understand that this letter does not constitute a contract of employment for any specific period of time, but will create an “employment at will” relationship. This means that the employment relationship may be terminated with or without cause and with or without notice at any time by you or Planet Alpha Corp. No individual other than the Chief Executive Officer of Planet Alpha Corp. has the authority to enter into any agreement for employment for a specified period of time or to make any agreement or representation contrary to Planet Alpha Corp.’s policy of employment at will. Any such agreement or representation must be in writing and must be signed by you and the Chief Executive Officer. Your signature at the end of this letter confirms that no promises or agreements that are contrary to our at will relationship have been committed to you during any of your pre-employment discussions with Planet Alpha Corp., and that this letter, along with the At Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Arbitration Agreement, contain our complete agreement regarding the terms and conditions of your employment.
15. At Will. Your employment with loanDepot is at will, and either you or loanDepot may terminate the employment relationship at any time with or without notice for any reason. No loanDepot representative has the authority to modify the at will nature of your employment except for the CEO of loanDepot, and any such modification must be in writing signed by both you and the CEO of loanDepot.

7. At-Will Employment. Your employment with the Company will continue to be at will. It is for no specified term, and may be terminated by you or the Company at any time, with or without cause or advance notice. Although the Company may change the terms and conditions of your employment from time-to-time, (including, but not limited to, changes in your position, compensation, and/or benefits), nothing will change the at-will employment relationship between you and the Company. In addition, the compensation terms described herein will not affect your at-will employment status.
Employment with Coursera is at-will and nothing in this letter changes the at-will nature of your employment with Coursera. While we hope and expect that this will be the beginning of a rewarding employment relationship, your employment with Coursera is at will. You are not being promised any particular term of employment and you should be aware that either you or Coursera may rescind this offer letter or terminate the employment relationship at any time for any reason. Likewise, Coursera may reassign you or change the terms and conditions of your employment at any time for any reason. The at-will nature of your employment is not subject to change or modification of any kind except if in writing and signed by you and the CEO of Coursera.
At-Will Employment. Your employment with the Company is at will. This means that either you or the Company may terminate your employment at any time, for any reason. Should you choose to resign, the Company appreciates you providing two weeks’ notice of your resignation. The Company reserves the right to modify job titles, salaries, and benefits from time-to-time, as it deems necessary or appropriate.
