Handling Overflow Text on PDFs

This recipe is useful if you want to allow your user to add overflow text to a document. For example, you have a PDF with a small text field for 'Family Name' and you anticipate that some user's names may exceed the space provided. You can use this recipe to conditionally create an addendum to hold the user's "overflow" text.
