Dropdown with all 50 states

Need to create a dropdown with all 50 states and territories? There is an easier way than simply adding a dropdown question and manually adding every option. Instead, you can upload a CSV that includes all 50 states, then present the end-user with a Data Source Selector question. The Data Source Selector question allows the end-user to select a row from your CSV (i.e. a state or territory).
