Auto inserting "N/A" in PDF when variable undefined

A Conditional Block allows you to create a variable that is equal to X or Y under various conditions. In this app, we use a Conditional to create a variable `spouse_field` that is either equal to `spouse_name` or "N/A" depending on whether or not the end-user indicates that they have a spouse.
