Civil Indigent Status Determination

Many people who might qualify are unaware that low income individuals may apply to the clerk of the court for Florida Civil Indigent Status. Based on the application, the clerk determines whether the applicant qualifies, and court filing fees can be waived. Users fill out this application, print, sign, and submit it to the clerk of court. The clerk will then determine if the applicant is eligible for civil indigence.
