Florida Jail Credit App

This app is designed for inmates in the Florida Department of Corrections or friends & family of Florida inmates seeking to correct an error in the inmate's jail credit.

The user will answer a series of questions. At the end of the questions, the user will be provided with a court-ready motion for correction of jail credit that complies with Rule 3.801 of the Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure.

Correcting jail credit is a relatively simple issue that should not require a lawyer's help. This app gently guides the user through the process without providing legal advice.
