CDC Eviction Declaration UPDATED

These Declarations are necessary under the Center for Disease Control's September 1 Order providing homerenters with protections from eviction from September 4, 2020 to January 31, 2021.

This tool will help users understand who is covered by the CDC order.

Users can also fill out and deliver the “declaration” required for protection from evictions. Even though this tool was created by The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, the CDC order applies nationwide and anyone can use it.
