Injustice Square Park Claim

On June 28, Louisville Metro threw protesters' property into garbage trucks and took it to the city dump. This application helps people fill out a claim form (available in blank at https://louisvilleky.gov/sites/default/files/management_budget/risk_mangement_claim_form.pdf) to get money for the loss or destruction of their property.
