This app helps people 1️⃣ review 2️⃣ sign (electronically), and 3️⃣ send landlords the Declaration required by the CDC's eviction protection order.

This is all possible within the app. Alternatively, users can generate a custom Declaration for printing later. Users can email these Declarations to themselves or someone else (like a lawyer) or download the Declaration to their computer or phone. Additionally, users will find links to local legal aid organizations and additional information.

These Declarations are necessary under the Center for Disease Control's September 1 Order providing homerenters with protections from eviction from September 4 to December 31, 2020.

The Kentucky Equal Justice Center created this tool. But, because the Order applies nationwide, this tool should be useful nationwide.
