This App is automated to be used by the Appellant himself or by his Solicitor to appeal a death conviction on grounds set down by law. Currently in Nigeria all applications are filed with paper documents. It is believed that in the very nearest future, the appellant can with or without a lawyer be able to appeal on justiciable grounds to strike out a death conviction to a lesser sentence of either life imprisonment or short sentences.
